Shannen and Will had their reception at The Huntsman Inn, which is a country pub in Holmfirth with vast and stunning views. It was such a fun day and the sun even made an appearance!
The ceremony
The ceremony was a church service in the very picturesque St George’s Mossley. During the ceremony they read their own vows. It was and everyone laughed when Will dived in early for his first kiss, the eager beaver.
They decorated the area with flowers, which I loved. The reception was in the main hall at The Huntsman Inn, – I love this venue because the food is incredible. Weddings at The Huntsman Inn, are amazing, because the staff is so lovely.
The Huntsman Inn, is perfect for couples who want a chilled out wedding, and is one of the best places to get married in Holmfirth. The venue offers an onsite hotel so guests don’t have to travel home – and there are loads of amazing places that are perfect for photos.
The afternoon
The couple wanted to nip to Digley Reservoir for a few photos in the Yorkshire countryside, before we arrived at the pub in the afternoon, and a live band in the evening. For dinner they had a roast dinner, and the first dance was sung by the band, and everyone sang along. They finished off the evening with Jagerbombs all round.

Shannen wore a traditional white gown and Will wore a navy suit and they looked really beautiful.
The couple booked me pre-pandemic, so we had lots of time to prepare for the big day, and Shannen had really thought of everything. On the day everything went without a hitch, we except for the getting hitched part!
