What a fabulous place for wedding photography Victoria Hall, Saltaire is! It’s a truly unique and grand wedding venue which is so picturesque in every direction, I was really spoilt for choice!
The couple are very lucky to live just around the corner from the hall, so the bride could actually walk there with her maids and father of the bride, she even said hello to her hairdresser on the way past.
If there were any nerves these soon dissipated once the couple were together at the top of the aisle. It was a lovely moment, and even the groom’s family, who are Italian and don’t speak much English, had a tear in their eyes. The hall itself provided an magnificent backdrop to the ceremony and all the family photos.
The British, Italian and Ukrainian cultures were incorporated into the day seamlessly with each getting a nod. The speeches were translated for the Italian guests, and it worked perfectly, so everyone enjoyed the day.
Later on the Ukrainian dancers arrived and really got the party started with the music and traditional dances performed by experts who got some of the guests up to have a quick lesson too!
