It turns out Lady Anne Middletons Hotel in the centre of York, has changed it’s name to Middletons Hotel! Which is great, because I’ve done a wedding there before so I knew the lay of the land when I got there on the afternoon of Kay and Keith’s wedding in April.
Keith was a little nervous before the wedding but was keeping occupied with their baby son, so had plenty to do! The day went smoothly and they even had two ceremonies, a civil ceremony and an Asain service. The best bit was Kay had the perfect excuse to wear two dresses! So we did getting ready photos twice 🙂
Everyone had a great time and the staff were very helpful all day. The room where the ceremonies took place was a gorgeous Orangery, and looked great decked out on the day. The grounds are perfect for the formal photos and we even found a little snickey lane for some more moody photos at dusk.
