Hi, I’m Liz and I am a mother-of-one, living with my husband, daughter and Cockerpoo, Barney in the Pennine village of Marsden.

We are perfectly placed between Manchester and West Yorkshire. I’ve worked behind the lens since leaving University with a BA hons in Documentary Photography back in 1997!

I’ve since tried lots of different aspects of photography starting off as a fashion photographer and stylist, and an assistant picture desk editor for a busy national newspaper. Since 2011 I’ve been a full-time wedding and portrait photographer, being my own boss. It’s great as I can edit with the dog at my feet and chat with my mother (at least 15 times a day) on the phone with no-one to tell me off!

Having photographed over 400 weddings in my career I’ve learnt how to get the best out of people and make them feel at ease without awkward posing or making them feel uncomfortable. I want to capture you and your guests as you truly are and the emotions of the day.

The main thing is to connect with people and have fun!

Please get in touch for more details.
